0000158: Bring out a new linux release of NoteFly

The reason why their haven't been any linux release since version 2.0.0, is that i was unable to fix the mono trayicon from showing up in gnome3.
Beside this, ubuntu with Unity does not have any systray icons anymore, so ubuntu support for newer version that ubuntu 10.04 LTS is dropped.
Instead i am currently targeting Linux Mint Debian.
Problem is: no trayicon is no linux release possible.

If I use option "Start on logon", NoteFly 3.0.7 crashes on startup,
but only if I wait enough time before logging into Windows that enables
NoteFly to be started in the background. The error is always this:

I did some testing:

If I enter login PIN code into Windows as quick as OS boots up,
so I get to the desktop while startup programs are not all started yet,
NoteFly never crashes in 10 out of 10 tests.

If I wait some time (I used 60+ seconds in my testing) before entering
Windows login PIN, then I get to the desktop with NoteFly already crashed
(i.e. displaying the error window with the stack trace) in 10 out of 10 tests.

This behavior is not affected by disabling all Startup programs in Task Manager.
It made no difference if I used "Exit" from NoteFly's context menu before reboot.
My OS is not using any domain policies; my user account is local.

Because the NoteFly updater does integity checking with RSA this stubinstaller is regarded as unauthentic modified file.

And updating NoteFly will fail then.

Confused by the use of the "%appdata%" macro in various post-build events (e.g. for the InsertSmiley project).

As I've not installed NoteFly, the "%appdata%\NoteFly" folder doesn't exist.

2) The post-build command line creates the folder bin\Release, even for a Debug build. Could use
mkdir "$(SolutionDir)$(OutDir)plugins"

3) The bin\Release folder is created but nothing is copied there?

This is because checking if another process is running is too fast for closing to complete.

Allow a -setlanguage to override the current language setting of NoteFly.

I've made the Greek translation of NoteFly_v3.0.5 and I want to create the corresponding file in the translation console to upload.

Missing many stings from the language file, with score to remain untranslated.

Also in Settings>Appearance>Trayicon the 4 options "Display ..." showed only in English
